Email [support@dex-tokens.io](mailto:support@dex-tokens.io). It is our one contact address for questions, refunds, listing problems, data errors and advertising. We never send the first message on any platform, so anyone who contacts you first in our name is not us.

## What should I include?

The more exact the detail, the faster we can find the problem.

- **A payment or refund:** the transaction signature. It identifies your payment.
- **A token or a figure that looks wrong:** the token's contract address, the page, and what you expected to see.
- **A promoted listing:** the token's contract address and the wallet you paid from.
- **Your account:** how you sign in — wallet, Google or Telegram. Never send a seed phrase or private key. We will never ask for one.

## How do I recognise someone pretending to be us?

- We never message you first, on any platform.
- We never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, or a wallet signature outside dex-tokens.io.
- Dex-Tokens has no token, coin or airdrop.
- Listings and boosts are paid only on dex-tokens.io itself, where the amount and the address are shown before you sign.
