# Promoted Terms

**Draft for review — not yet in force.**

These are the terms for paying for a promoted listing on dex-tokens.io. They are already set out in the [Terms & Conditions](/terms-conditions), sections 2 to 8. This page points to each rule so you can find it quickly. Where the two differ, the Terms & Conditions decide.

## What does a listing cost and buy?

0.15 SOL, paid once, for one token. It buys a permanent place on the promoted page: no end date, no renewal, no tiers and no recurring charge. It stays until it is removed under section 5. A token that already has a live listing cannot be listed again. See section 2.

## How is it paid?

By a direct SOL transfer on Solana from your own wallet to the address we show you. Your token's place is held for 30 minutes, and your payment is checked against that quote. The transaction carries a payment reference so we can match it to your listing. We never hold your keys and never sign for you. See section 3.

## Is it refundable?

Not once the listing is live, and not if it is removed under section 5. It is refunded by hand if your hold lapsed and another listing for the same token went live before your payment arrived. See section 4 and the [Refund Policy](/refund-policy).

## Can a listing be removed?

Yes, at any time, at our discretion — for example if the details were inaccurate, you were not authorised to submit the token, or the token turns out to be a scam or abandoned. Removal is not refunded. See section 5.

## Do you check audit and KYC links?

No. They are supplied by whoever paid, and they are self-reported and unverified. Displaying them costs nothing, so their presence is not bought. See section 6.

## Is a listing an endorsement?

No. Every listing on the promoted page is paid placement. It is not a ranking, a recommendation or an endorsement. See section 7.

## What do I confirm when I submit?

That you are authorised to submit the token, that the details are accurate, and that you have the right to use the name, description, logo and links you supply. See section 8.
