# Refund Policy

**Draft for review — not yet in force.**

Most payments to dex-tokens.io are not refundable once the placement you paid for has been delivered. A payment is refunded only in the cases marked Yes below. Refunds are made by hand, after you email us your transaction signature. This page summarises the [Terms & Conditions](/terms-conditions) sections 2.1 and 4, and those sections decide any question.

## When is a promoted listing refunded?

| What happened | Refunded? |
|---|---|
| Your listing went live | No — the placement was delivered |
| You changed your mind, or the token's price fell | No |
| Your listing was removed under section 5 of the Terms | No |
| Your 30-minute hold lapsed, another listing for the same token went live first, and then your payment arrived | **Yes** |

In the last case your listing cannot be created. The site tells you so on screen, with your transaction signature and a link to it in a block explorer.

## When is a boost refunded?

| What happened | Refunded? |
|---|---|
| Your boost started | No |
| The listing was removed while your boost was active | No |
| Your payment arrived after the token's listing had been removed, so the boost could not show | **Yes** |

## How do I claim a refund that is owed?

Email [support@dex-tokens.io](mailto:support@dex-tokens.io) and quote your **transaction signature**. It is the reference that identifies your payment. For a listing, it is shown on the same screen that tells you the placement was gone.

The refund is a payment the operator makes personally. The site holds no key that can move funds, so nothing here can send money automatically. We do not state a settlement time we could not hold ourselves to. The money is owed to you, the record of your payment is kept, and it is not written off because you were slow to ask.

## Can a trade be refunded?

No. A trade made with the trade panel is signed by you and final on Solana once confirmed. We cannot undo it, refund it, or recover tokens sent to a wrong address. See the [Terms & Conditions](/terms-conditions) section 10.

## What about Solana network fees?

Network fees are paid to the Solana network, not to us, so we cannot return them.
