How a public profile on dex-tokens.io works: creating one, connecting X, following traders, and what the page shows and never shows.
A profile is an optional public page at dex-tokens.io/u/<your handle>. It shows who you are, the trades you make on dex-tokens.io and what those trades have realised. You do not have one until you create it, and you can delete it.
How do I create a profile?
Sign in, open your Profile page and choose Create profile. Pick a handle, a display name and, if you like, a short bio and a picture. You are asked to confirm that the page will be public before it is made.
Can I connect my X account?
Yes. Connect X sends you to X to approve it. Your profile then shows your X username as a link with a tick, which tells visitors the account is yours. We keep your X account ID and username and nothing else. You can remove the link at any time.
What does a public profile show?
- Your handle, name, bio, picture and X username.
- Your followers, the people you follow, and mutuals.
- Performance: realised profit and loss for 7 days, 30 days and all time, with a chart, win rate, trades closed, and best and worst trade. See Leaderboard and PNL.
- Top trades and By token: your most profitable closed trades, and the result per token.
- Trades: each buy and sell made here, with the token, amount, price and time.
- How long you hold a token on average, and when you joined.
What does it never show?
Your wallet addresses, your balances, the tokens you still hold and any transaction link. Open positions are shown to you alone, on your own Profile page. Trades are recorded on the Solana blockchain, so a determined person could still match a public trade to a wallet.
How does following work?
Open a profile and choose Follow. The people you follow are listed on your Profile page, and you are listed among their followers. Following is not copy trading: nothing is bought or sold for you.
How do I delete my profile?
On your Profile page, choose Edit profile, then Delete profile. The page, your picture, your X link and your follows are removed. Your account and your own trade history are not. Your handle is kept aside for you for 30 days. The Privacy Policy has the details.
